EQUIPMENT:
We recommend a backpack or Bag of sorts that can be filled with your desired weight (clothing, can food item, sandbag etc), however if you have access to Db’s or other handheld weighted items such as Kettlebell, they will do as well.
WOD BRIEF
The 1:00 Cardio should he at an aggressive pace, but not so hard that you need to rest before going on to the Alt Hang Power Cleans. The Alt Hang Power Cleans we want to hold onto for big sets.. think 20-10 etc.
The Russian Twists can be done with Weight or Without Weight, or a combo. Ideally we are getting at least :30 of Russian Twists in, each round.
ALT HANG POWER CLEAN
If you need to modify, complete Alternating Russian Swings or Sumo Deadlifts.
RUSSIAN TWISTS
If you need to modify, complete any variation of a Sit Up/ Crunch
