        MOVE. (60MIN)

        Your all-in-one fitness program. Every class you will be Coached through movement patterns to develop Skills (Handstands, Rope Climbs etc), build Strength (Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Sandbags), Sweat it out through (Running, Rowing, Biking, Jumping etc), Recover with guided Stretching and Mobility.

         

        BUILD (45MIN)

        Build lean muscle and absolute strength with our Barbell and Dumbbell Complexes. Sweat it out with short and sweet HIIT workouts.

         

        BURN (30MIN)

        Short on time? Get in, Get Fit and Get on with your day. This fast paced 30min Class is all about Sweating it out and attacking your day.

         

        FLEX (30MIN)

        Let’s Slow Things Down. 30Min of guided Yoga Flow, Targeted Mobility and Restorative Mindfulness & Breathing.

         

        All of our Classes are Coached by an Experienced and Qualified Coach.
