Commencing Monday November 9th, 2020 we will be operating the below timetable until Sunday December 6th, 2020, at which additional class times will be added.
Schedule: Stage 1 Re-Opening
Which One Is Going To Be Your
CLASS/ OPEN GYM BOOKINGS
All members will be required to PRE-BOOK every class attendance via our Member App. No Booking, No Entry. Bookings Open 72hrs prior to the session start time.
Each class runs for 60min. Participants are allowed to enter the facility no earlier than 15min prior to the start of their PRE-BOOKED Session. Participants may stay on the premises for no more than 10min past the conclusion of their session.
Upon entry to the facility:
- Utilise Hand Sanitiser located at Reception
- Place bags upstairs on bag racks and bring down all necessary gear required for the session (Towel, Yoga Mat, Skipping Rope, Knee Sleeves, Water Bottle etc)
- Choose your Individual Workout Station.
- Pick your barbell and place in your station. (all other equipment will be located in your station already)
- Class will then commence. Please maintain 1.5m Social Distancing at all times.
- At the conclusion of your class. Wipe down all equipment used with provided Antibacterial Wipes.
- Return Barbell to storage Rack
- Pack up your gear
- Utilise Hand Sanitiser at Kitchen area
- Exit Gym via Roller Door Entry
During this stage of restrictions we are unable to have persons – children/ partners (not participating in a session) on site whilst sessions are running.

During this stage of Restrictions, we are capping the number of new members we onboard to 5 per week.

Any person entering our facility acknowledges that they are free of any cold + flu symptoms. If you exhibit any flu-like symptoms you will be prohibited from entering the facility.
