MOVE Better Class:

Are you looking to return to regular gym classes after weeks/ months of training in isolation?

Join us for our weekly MOVE Better Class.


1 x 60min Group Class

When: Thursday @ 7:00 – 8:00pm

If you are new to training with us, you must complete this Class, before gaining access to our regular classes.


Class Purpose:

At the conclusion of the Class, you will be familiar with:

THE IMPORTANCE OF COACHING & COMMUNITY – What makes MOV.E standout!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS – Be smart, have fun and get moving!

APPROACHING WORKOUTS & MODIFYING – We always adjust workouts to the individual!

MECHANICS x CONSISTENCY x INTENSITY (MCI) – Learn first, practice next, then grow!

At the conclusion of your class, you will have a basic understanding of our core movements (we do not expect you to master and remember every movement:

 

SQUATS – Air Squat and Front Squat and the OHS

PRESSES – Strict Press and Push Press and the Push Jerk

DEADLIFTS – Deadlift and how it carries over into the Clean

CLEAN & SNATCH – Hang Power variations and Power & Full variations

BIKE & ROW – Basic Technique / Getting On & Off / Moving the Machine

KETTLEBELL, RING ROW, BURPEE, JUMP ROPE, BOX JUMP – The Basics!


Program Inclusions:

In addition to your Class, you will receive:

Class Cost: $30 per person
