MOVE Better Program:
Are you looking to return to regular gym classes after weeks of training in isolation?
Join us for our weekly MOVE Better Program.
2 x 60min Group Classes
Class 1: Monday @ 7:30 – 8:30pm
Class 2: Wednesday @ 7:30 – 8:30pm
You must attend both Classes in a single week, before gaining access to our regular classes. You can not complete one class in one week, and the other in another week.

At the conclusion of the program, you will have a basic understanding of our core movements (we do not expect you to master and remember every movement:
SQUATS – Air Squat and Front Squat and the OHS
PRESSES – Strict Press and Push Press and the Push Jerk
DEADLIFTS – Deadlift and how it carries over into the Clean
CLEAN & SNATCH – Hang Power variations and Power & Full variations
BIKE & ROW – Basic Technique / Getting On & Off / Moving the Machine
KETTLEBELL, RING ROW, BURPEE, JUMP ROPE, BOX JUMP – The Basics!
